Comfortable and clean
Check in process was very easy. Be careful that the near by subway may not have a down elevator/escalator so if you have lots of baggage, be prepared. Shuttle still not running and may not be restarted. Wifi excellent. Comfortable and clean. Easy walk from the subway.

The receptionist staff couldn't speak english
The driver who took me to airport was very nice and can speak English very well. But The receptionist staff couldn't speak English at all when I checked in at 11 PM. His body language always told me "NO" in every situatuon, even I showed off him my reservation number. I got desperate. Until I showed my name in my passport, he just confirmed my reservation number.

Good condition for hostel stay. Free simple breakfast from 4am. Great for a night stay before early flight at Haneda Airport which is only 10min away. Teppan Johnny downstairs was good. Food, convenience stall and supermarket located within 5-10min walk.

Staff/shuttle driver was very accommodating and helpful. Thought I booked a private room even though I know it was a dorm-type hotel but that was my mistake. My space didnt have the top (bunk)bed hence "private" room. Overall, the place was clean, free breakfast which starts at 4am and shuttle was on time.

This place was better than I expected. it was pretty well set up. It included a little community kitchenette with dining area and Everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again. They do have shuttle service available too.. and a few free breakfast options available which was a plus!

Very friendly staff. The hotel manager who also drives the pick up bus at night can speak fairly good English. The place is clean and the capsule was roomy for me (I’m 5’7”).

Great service, cleanliness beyond expectations and even have breakfast in the mornings! As I arrived very late at Haneda Airport and had to return to the airport early again the next day, they provide free shuttle service to my relief! Highly recommended! PS. pls provide a better picture of the van in the instructions sent on the shuttle service. Thank you!

I liked that breakfast was included in my stay. I didn't like the ladder getting up to the top bed I think there should be another long bar at the top edges for better support and to grab on.

The shutter was great, I got out of the airport at 12 pm and they took me in few minutes. The room was good but the air conditioner was not. It was too hot for me to sleep without using their little fan. They have a restaurant at the first floor which will open till midnight. For short this hotel is a decent place for who lands late at night.

Overall, you get what you pay for. Not a great place/ area to stay if your planning a vacation to tokyo. the only reason I stayed here is because I missed my flight and it was 4 mins away from the airport. actual capsule was bigger than i thought and included a free all you can eat breakfast.

This place is ideal if you are just transferring to or from Haneda airport - it's very close by and convenient. It is clean, with great showers and bathrooms, and the capsules are outfitted with everything you need and very cozy. Not for claustrophics, but perfect for a night!

Worked out perfectly
We arrived super late, well after check-in hours and I was grateful the property allowed us to check in so late. We were greeted by a friendly man and he squared us away quickly. The "cradle" or capsule bed was very comfortable. Amenities were sufficient. Bathroom was a bit small and shower area was on a different floor, which, while not a pain, not really convenient. The free airport shuttle was a great feature as we were out of Yen! It was a comfortable stay and wish we had more time to sleep on that lush mattress!

It is generally clean and has character. Staff was friendly. The driver of the shuttle to the airport was especially pleasant. Noises from a such tightly packed hotel does prevent you from full night’s sleep though.

We flew into Hanada in the evening before starting a long driving trip. The Beagle was perfectly located for an overnight stay. We rented a large family room which slept seven people comfortably and was very quiet.

Would highly recommend. Room was great for our family of 5. Wish we had known we could have eaten downstairs instead of at the airport. Check in quick and easy. Shuttle early next day was great. Much better than multiple small rooms for a family. Would stay here again and recommend.

A small room with comfy bed.
The place is close from the Otorii station. Making a left turn from the station and just walk along. It’s right behind the Otorii station. The room is clean and small. But you have everything you need for staying a night. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It has a private shower room. The breakfast was decent. I will definitely stay there again if it’s for a night only in Tokyo.

Great hotel family room was spacious and extremely clean. Great to have a free pick up from Haneda airport in early hours of the morning. The map of where to meet the shuttle bus could have been clearer as we had trouble finding the bus and thought we would miss it. The little restaurant downstairs had a great vibe.

My dad and I had a 14 hour layover and we wanted a close, inexpensive accommodation. This hostel was just that! We Took a train from HND airport to the hostel, the ride itself was less than 20 minutes and less than 5 minute walk from the station to the hostel. Foreign country meant it was harder to understand which train to take, but people are willing to help, just ask! Check-in went smoothly. There’s a restaurant on the main floor/where the reception desk is. It was quite busy and loud, but not a problem for us! Very clean, beds are comfy. Shared showers are spotless. Love that there are shower amenities provided such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brush/paste, hair brush and even disposable slippers! Free breakfast in the morning. Free shuttle bus from the hostel to the airport. Just make sure you request for one prior to checking in as it’s mentioned that these shuttles are first come first service basis. And also run specifically from midnight to I believe 730am? I could be wrong. Overall — excellent experience at this hostel!
