We stayed for several nights here as a family. it is on a side street from busy streets, a few train stations around, but quiet place to stay. we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook, washer/dryer works, if clothes not completely dry, just run another round a dry. there is hanging rod in bathing room also. ac and fan work in the room. front desk staff friendly, requested another set of pillows since ones in the room are too flat. very close to convenience store, and grocery store. no view, not much area at lobby to hang out. light switches at the main bed and charging usb which is very convenient. room service does not happen every day, but since we stayed long enough, we had one room service done. one thing to note is do not leave any personal items in the bed or on the headboard ledge. one item fell on floor and was left there, one item disappeared (disappointed a bit but not enough to complain), one charging wire got stuck in between bed mattress and something. but it functioned for what we need. one staff is excellent in english and chinese!

The property was serviceable but was noticeably less nice than the two other MIMARU properties (similar chain with apartment hotels in Japan) that we stayed at during our stay. A thorough cleaning would have helped (there was accumulated grime on the edges of the carpet and the shower vent was caked with buildup. The pillows they give are basically nonexistent though they did give us extras when we asked. And, I suspect the property used to allow smoking as an asthmatic I could smell remnants of smoke in the room. Overall, serviceable but would not choose again without a few fixes.

Apartment style hotels that offers big rooms with a kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Convenient for larger families that also want to cook in room. Room conditions were not as clean as we expected. We had a stained pillow case, towel with hair, damp/musky smelling room, and corners that were not vacuumed. The staff was able to swap our room and provided us with a clean pillowcase when we raised the issues with them, but not sure if we will consider this location in future.

The hotel was a good value and located between the business district (south of hotel) and the locals (north). It was generally quiet area and great options for highend to local dining. The most important reason for booking is the washer/dryer combo in the room. But be warned, its an electric machine which could take 4 hours to wash and dry a load of laundry.

Spacious and convenient for laundry
Stayed here for 5 nights with our two kids aged 7 & 9. I picked it for the location close to a subway station, and to have a bit more space. It was super handy having access to a washer-dryer in room to do laundry, but we didn’t end up cooking anything in the kitchenette. We arrived at about 2pm, check in is officially from 3pm but usually hotels will check if the room is ready and if so let you in earlier without extra charge, however in this case they didn’t even check. It wasn’t a huge issue but would’ve been nice if we’d been able to drop our bags directly in the room first. We ended up leaving them in the lobby and going out. Also a bit odd that they don’t even provide free teabags or instant coffee given how much they charge, but oh well.

The property was mediocre for the price I paid , the room was constantly too warm , the wall controller seemed to be not working properly, bunk bed occupant will feel the warm air constantly blowing at them . Hallway smelled like somebody was frying fish and the smell lingered the whole 2 nights we stayed there .Location is perfect , close to stations Lots of restaurants and 711 nearby .

Good short stay
Staff were amazing. Hotel close to JR station and Tokyo. Lots of good food restaurants close by. Bed was large, extra pillows in draws under seat. Good size room. Small take away was the blinds were not block out and noise from something outside(think it was heater). Recommended.

The air cleaner has a lot of dust. The washer/dryer was very useful and clean. The kitchen was useful to prepare breakfasts. There is no option for firm pillow.

Nice, large living area. Washer/dryer inside the room which was really nice. However, the dryer function on our unit didn't work all that great so we just ended up hanging our laundry around the room. Very close to Ginza line stations. One stop away from Tokyo station. Very convenient location overall.

Great location; walking distance to Tokyo station . Family mart / 7-11 very very closed. Room is smaller than expected:) but it is big in Japan standard. Sleep 5 ok. In suite washer and dryer is nice . JR station at the corner . If you have JR pass . It is dream location. Check out time is at 10am . But hotel will lock you baggage for free . Just let them know when you will pick up . This made last min shopping before heading to airport possible. Thank you and will return next time

For us, this hotel is perfect!
We stayed at this hotel last year and came back this year. This hotel is perfectly situated for visitors to Japan. It is in the Nihonbashi district in Tokyo where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. There are 1 Japan Railway's station and 2 Tokyo Metro stations in some minutes by walking. So, you can hop around not only the Tokyo metropolitan area but also anywhere in Japan using JR Pass. The romm is spacious and clean with a kitchen and washer/dryner in-room.
