Poor mgmt, won’t even let me leave luggage until checkin. (The latest checkin ever 5pm! And checkout 10am!) Poor hospitality. 3rd no elevator. Tiny tiny space, tiny bathroom - even the stupid ‘wardrobe’ look limits your already tiny space so you bang your head in it when getting in and out of bed. Bailed after one night - for the same price or less. take the generous Unplan at Shinjuku instead.

They host cooking classes on the only public space
There is only a little kitchen on the first floor as a public space. This kitchen is the only place where you can sit as the bedrooms are tiny. The worse part of it is that hostel rent this kitchen to outsiders for cooking classes(!). During my stay, there were two times when the kitchen wasn't available from 10 AM to 4 PM! At one time it was a stormy day. It was a radically uncomfortable experience I would suggest staying instead in one of the capsule hotels which you can find also close to Roppongi.

The decor was really cute. I was the only girl with the rest of the guests boys but I felt safe.

Great place for the price.
Great little place, especially for the price. Just a few minutes from a main station and 2 subway stations. Clean and comfy. :D

Nice hostel, in a good location close to Roppongi station. Everything looked new, the kitchen was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly, offering to make coffee in the mornings, they always seemed to be cleaning the kitchen though. The downsides are that the room was tiny, and there are no storage options- a few hooks on the wall and in the bathroom, and a shelf in each bed pod would have been really helpful. The bathroom is tiny and there was very little room to move in the bedroom, not ideal for 4 people. It was a little noisy from the other rooms and the road, but not too bad and they offered earplugs on arrival.

the people were quiet friendly and helpful in showing me what's in the area. they were nice enough to let me wait a few hours before leaving for my flight and not having to carry all my stuff for the entire day. The location is real close to the main section of roppongi and the train station is not far. i'd stay here again

六本木にこんなかわいいホステルがあった！ 良く利用させていただいています。 シャワールームもあり、 ドライヤーシャンプー歯ブラシ全部あります。 おもっていた以上に静か！ 清潔なベッドで、ちゃんと眠れます。 ミニキッチンもあるので 何かと便利ですよ。

身分証明書について
チェックイン時に身分証明書の提示を求められます。 その際に、iPadで写真を撮られます。 どういった利用目的か、また写真の保存先が分からないので少々不安です。 不正利用されていないか、しっかりとチェックしましょう。 部屋はクリーンです。 空気清浄機も付いているので、そういった面ではいいなと思いました。 キッチンのアメニティも充実してて嬉しいです。 ただ、水回りの共同場所には小蝿が沢山… 気にならない人にはいいのかもしれませんね。

換気が心配。
カプセルホテルのカタチでしたが、夏は蒸すだろうな…という構造で。換気口がそれぞれの穴（カプセル）にないので、どうなのかなぁと思いました。

チェックインの際窓口にスタッフがいらっしゃらなかったので、窓口に緊急連絡先として電話番号が大きく貼られていたのでそこに電話を何回かかけましたが出ませんでした。結局30分ほど外で待たされました。 それ以外は歯ブラシもシェイバーも頂けてタオルも貸していただけました。私は使わなかったのですがキッチンも使えるそうです。チェックイン以外は泊まる分になにも問題がないように感じました。

デザインは写真のように、おしゃれでしたが、、
まずフロントに人がいる時間さえも、人がいないですし、電話をしてもフロントに繋がるため一向にフロントの人に会えない。外でまちぼうけたのは苦痛だった。またバスタオルもフロントで言えば、新しいものをもらえるとのことだったが、またフロントの方がいない為、連泊利用だったが1日も貰うことができずでした。また、部屋も利用者の臭いがこもっており、不快だった。次の利用はない。

大変困りました
昨日宿泊予定でしたが、PM11時過ぎに到着し、管理の方がどなたもおられず。 緊急連絡の電話番号も通知にならず、結局宿泊代金お支払いして宿泊できずでした。 緊急連絡先は必ず通話が出来るようにする必要があると思います。

The room is smaller than what shown in the website. We have 4 people going together. We need to queue up before going into the room. Not really have enough space for 4 people staying in the room unless everyone go back to the cabin. Sorry

A great hostel for backpackers
Comfortable and clean, the service staff is also very friendly. There are also convenience store and vending machine nearby, which are convenient. Everything is great except that the room space is small, if your baggage is too big, it will be very crowded.

New Hostel. Its very clean and quiet. Its small, but when I use the room, no other guest in the room. So Im very very comfortable. Hostel staff were not used to office work (check in) yet. But It's OK. It's good location from Roppongi station. Thanks.
