"Elevators could sometimes take forever. If you left something in your room, on a higher floor, plan about 20 minutes round trip to go get it. Cleaning lady was kind of rude on mandatory cleaning days. Often, it was hard to navigate getting around their piles of linen bags strewn about the walkway ..."
