"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Great location in the Reeperbahn. Many good restaurants and bars around. The area close by is somewhat run down. Breakfast is Continental but everything is fresh and lots of choice. Slow bar service as the same person was also dealing with check ins etc. I would stay again."
