"This was are 2nd time to this Hilton property and it did not disappoint. There had been remodeling done since our last trip & it was very nice. Love this resort and have booked another stay for October. You wouldn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want too. Plenty of amenities. Food is delicious! Wonderful breakfast with omelet and waffle and pancakes made to order along with an amazing buffet. Food at the other restaurants did not disappoint. Two large pools that never feel crowded. Plenty of outdoor seating. Ice cream & pizza available at pool area in assisting to outside restaurant. The resorts private beach area is large and close to pool area with a very short walk to the beach. Spa on the property has a. Umber of services. Room service. Laundry facilities. Valet parking. Upscale steak restaurant. Nice gift shop. Sushi restaurant. Indoor pool. Workout facilities. Best place to stay in San Destin or Destin. Love this place!!!"

"Wasn’t able to check in until 6:30 pm and had to wait on my room when check in was at 4. Took staff a day and a half after 3 attempts to get new towels and wash cloths.. it served it’s purpose while we was there for a couple of days!"

"I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn located in destin, Florida from April 3-5, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, check in took forever, one of the corporate persons was there and he was so oblivious to everything. We missed the whole first day to do any activities because check in was horrible. Once I got to my room I noticed, the room was not clean, there was a strong odor, the bathroom was dirty, floors had not been swept nor mopped.i had to clean MY OWN ROOM. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, but all they could do is apologize because they didn’t have any help or housekeepers. But that did not make me feel better   Throughout my stay, I also experienced poor customer service, noise, broken amenities, which made my stay very uncomfortable. I chose Holiday Inn expecting a certain standard of quality, but this experience did not meet those expectations. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full or partial refund for my stay. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the experience for future guests.  "
