"Excellent location with great ammenities within the hotel. Free shuttle bus is also available between Narita Terminal 1, 2, and 3. Shuttle bus also goes to a local mall called "Aeon" and a nearby train station by the mall. Reasonably priced hotel with very accomodating staff. We stay here all the time! Look forward to our next visit."

The location is very convenient, especially for visiting Disneyland, and the shuttle bus service made travelling to and from the park easy and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We also really appreciated the Yamato luggage delivery service, which was smooth and reliable. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay — highly recommended for families visiting Disneyland."
