"Wow this Hotel has so many beautiful views both outdoors & indoors it was a perfect stay. We enjoyed 5pm Happy Hour at the Bar-lounge, the garden view while having drinks was exceptional too. The dinner buffet was perfect & also an exceptional Japanese breakfast buffet! There was a Japanese conbini 7-Eleven beside the lobby & waiting area with plenty of drinks & snacks, and staff also makes helpful announcements prior to shuttle arrival."

There was a kiosk to check in at the hotel, and personnel so it was possible to check in even at a later hour like midnight.
The room was small compared to rooms in America, but it was the perfect amount of space for myself and possibly one other person.

"Very nice first impression for Japan. The bus from the airport was on time and there were plenty of staff to welcome and checkin. Our room faced the airport but there was no noise. There are 3 restaurants and a very good convenience store. You can’t walk safely in the area because there are no sidewalks but it’s perfect for transiting through Narita. "
