"Airport shuttle very convenient and free. Staff are very accommodating and happy to assist even with a language barrier. Luggage was forwarded to our next hotel with ease. Room was clean and quiet, even though it was close to elevators. Lawson's konbini in the hotel is convenient plus a laundry and vending machines on the floor. Overall an excellent stay."

"Very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Free laundry is a huge plus. Right next to Asakusa and close to Life grocery stores, bus/subway/train stations. Will be great to have a microwave in the living area. Great experience and will definitely come back."

"This is the third time we stay in Narita Tobu airport hotel, we like this hotel cause we have shuttle back and forth to airport to hotel and vice versa. We enjoyed delish breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel. Although we can heard the noise from outside and the next room, but Ac work well for us to get comfort, beds are nice, clean room and spacious, nice view of the plane’s landing, and good hospitality of the staffs are the best. They also allowing us to late check out, of course with the fee, but we are very appreciative for their accommodation. We will always come back to the hotel anytime we visit to Japan, we like Narita airport and Narita Tobu Hotel."

The hotel has the old school charm and elegance combined with the new, and it perfectly reflects the wonderful spirit of Tokyo! We enjoyed hanging out with our friends on the 28th floor lounge with the best view in Tokyo, our room had it too! The hair and face products are also great quality, beds are super comfortable, we had nice rest. Everything perfect, we’ll be back, thank you Asakusa View Hotel! "

"We stayed on the seventh floor, and the room had been recently renovated. The shower head and hair dryer were great to use. Also, the hotel quickly responded to my claim to lost-and-found. Excellent service!"
