Parking is a bit confusing but once you get in and find the keys, you are good to go. Be careful which way you exit into the parking garage upon leaving, if u go out the wrong door, you will have a bit of a walk to get back in and down to your car. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable and worth the money.

Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Registration process was a nightmare. Having to do everything on-line ourselves was not easy. Trying to locate lock boxes was frustrating and stressful. Locating correct Parking Garage was an odyssey. After leaving keys in condo, could not access parking. Instructions should include: Go to lobby first so they can let you into parking. Overall, it was a very stressful one night stay for two seniors.

This was dreadful and we are still disputing with them for a full refund for our stay. in order of what we discovered: - faucet of ensuite bathroom sink completely missing - door to the balcony jams and you have to throw your entire weight against it to get it open - balcony was a mess with food/drink splatters and candy on it - stains on pillows, blankets - faucet of the ensuite bathtub leaking severely - none of the fans in the bathrooms worked panel of the front door was peeling off (extremely sharp edges - nearly cut my hand) - water seal on the left side of the dishwasher completely came off - dishwasher didn't latch and work properly - had to hold it shut for 3 min in order for it to latch and operate. still unsure if the dishes were clean in the end - window in the living area was completely broken - couldn't rotate the latch properly without the whole catch coming off The worst part about all of it was that when I contacted the company, they said there was nothing they could do, would not offer any refunds, wouldn't put us in another room, nothing. I have escalated this to Expedia (the site that we paid for this whole mess with) and have been on the phone with them DAILY while they tell me they can't do anything until the company approves a refund. We are reporting GLOBALSTAY to the city of Toronto for gross misrepresentation of a property for hotel or short stay rental, disputing the charge on our credit card.

we arrived later then we expected due to unforseen circumstances, so the only thing missing from the check in instructions was the code to enter the building on yonge street to access the elevator to get down to the parking garage and retrieve the keys from the lockbox. we had to call the concierge to let us in after proving the other instructions we had to enter. i would say the parking situation is a bit difficult. i imagine if u were on your own with a car parked inside 2 anndale building, once u put back the key in the lockbox in the yonge street building there is no way to enter back into the 2 anndale parking lot without a fob to retrieve your car. based on the reviews from others this is the most difficult annoying part of the stay. Other than that everything was great!

Nice modern apartment, 2 bathrooms. Cozy for a couple. However not enough lighting in living room. Dark. Needs more lamps. Pet friendly, our cat liked it. Also the fire alarm went off 4x in one week, then stopped for rest of stay. I recommend and would go with Global Stay again.

The layout of every room is beautiful. It is a spacious and comfortable place to stay in. We also noticed how safe the building is. The balcony is big and wraps around the condo which is nice. There were a few things that could be improved like the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom and in the living room. There is also a lack of mirrors (full length mirror) but overall we really enjoyed our stay as it is a very nice condo.

Confusion

The room was very clean the view was great we were on the 30th floor. The beds were terrible I slept on the couch although I paid for 2 bedrooms. There was sheets and towels in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher. They sent different emails on getting to the place parking and getting the keys. It was confusing and frustrating after a long day of travel. They also wanted a picture of my license me holding my license and my car make and model which was a rental. It’s not like checking into hotel. The price was worth it but where I need a good bed to sleep on I would think about renting again.

Dont travel to this hotel with young kids! They do not know how to help families. Their solution to every problem is to offer you drinks. (Works for solo travelers not for families) They will promise a room for a time and reneg on it repeatedly. They will break yoir bag and not offer compensation. They will not accomodate simple requests to help you handle your kids.

This apartment is lovely and well maintained on the whole. However, the main bedroom mattress is terrible and needs replacing. My husband and i slept poorly. The 3rd bedroom is really an alcove with a twin bed but suited our purposes. the GFI plugs in the bathrooms did not work and the ensuite bathroom shower wall had mold in the grout. the unit was so hot and despite us lowering the heat it did not cool down, it actually got hotter. The balcony and the view were quite nice.
