"The property is stunning, with views to die for, and it is so quiet! The staff were so helpful, warm and welcoming!
The only critism we have is the bathroom facility in the disabled bathroom. No shaver socket working, and the floor looked as if it needed a good power wash.
We would go back and stay tomorrow."

"It's location must be it's selling point. Lovely seaviews & sunset watching point.
Great to hear the waves from our room.
Burger meal in restaurant and breakfast roll good.
Easy, available car parking on site.
Pleasant staff.
Definitely not a 4*, more like a nice 3*.
Such a shame re the tatty paintwork from room doorways and corridors to include outside. Looks a bit tired in places generally.
Tiny room, tiny shower.
Mattress, work boots, empty cardboard box all left in the corridor outside...

"The Lodge itself was beautiful and comfortable ideal for a family or couple with a dog, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, and so spacious!... the views of Milbrook and Plymouth from Lodge 23 are astounding. A great place to relax. Although pet friendly, I think if you own just one, well behaved dog he or she should be allowed off-lead and monitored closely...but it's a no, I understand why, but my dog is a registered working dog and it was her holiday too. Maybe a dog area should be considered...

"Cozy cottage in the heart of Millbrook. Well equipped cottage near all local amenities and ideally situated for exploring the Rame Peninsula. Very friendly welcome. Thanks for a great stay."
"A comfortable property with an amazing sea view. Most of the kitchen equipment was fine but some of the utensils need a bit more spending on them. A bit of maintenance would really improve things."

"there is NO beach view from the lodge but a superb distant view of the City of Plymouth across the Tamar river.
Property very clean, outside patio area & furniture needs a good pressure wash clean. One single bed lacks headboard, no bathmats for showers, these are minor gripes, it's a lovely place to stay with nearly everything you need inside. Good restaurant on site."

Lovely and well furnished house hotel. This was our first time staying in a house hotel and we are totally impressed. The hotel is very clean, well furnished and close to the city center. Bradley and Gill (the owners) were extremely friendly and accommodative. I'll highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night rest in a clean and comfortable place.
