"The building is very charming and the grounds are lovely. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food was good. That being said, the pictures and description are a little misleading. The hotel is not on the shore of Lake Llanquehue. It has a large pond that it borders (as shown in the picture for the hotel). Although the pond was nice and included a rowboat which guests can use at anytime, there were hundreds of very noisy birds, detracting from what could be a very tranquil experience....

It’s a nice property and my room overlooks the town with a view of the Pacific Ocean. It is clean and to be honest one of the nicest Courtyards I have visited.
