"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed.
Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed.
Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

"Really enjoyed our stay as the accommodation was clean and exactly like the photos. Although wifi was a bit slow in our room, the room felt very cozy as if it was our home and can see the owner had put a lot of effort setting up the amenities and the space for us"

"This hotel is located at the convenient location with 2 minutes walk to the redline subway. Also a big park - DA A Forest park at the cross street. Staff are courteous, professional with fast answers for what you need. I am extremely enjoying the big bath tub in my room. Thumbs up!"
"Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel pool is nice. If you are Hyatt member, be sure to use the sauna for free. First timer ask staff to walk you through the process of using the sauna. Gym is 24/7, was there at 2-3 am and i am not the only one working out. Don’t miss the freshly baked goods at lobby, the strawberry bread is a must try! Will be back next year!"
"Second time to stay here, love this place. Reasonable price with convenient location, varieties of restaurants to choose from. Will stay again if I come to Taipei again."
"Room is clean and the bed was comfortable but didn’t have a working desk which was rare. Gym was spacious and well equipped. Front desk staff very professional and friendly. "
"What a wonderful stay we had. The accommodations were well appointed and clean. The staff were exceptional! A special shout out to Olivia! During my trip I sustained an injury and rather than stay in, I asked the front desk to see if they could make arrangements for me to go out in a wheelchair. She found a service that could help me. Olivia even went so far to check in on me while we were out and made sure that I arrived back at the hotel safely. This is above and beyond what I expected and I thanked her for her kindness, compassion, and effectiveness! A second shout out to Paul who arranged a last minute driver to take us to the airport. Warning people, the Ubers sometimes do not come in the ams, so it's best to go with hotel arrangement. All in all, I recommend Dandy Hotel, 5 stars and beyond for such a wonderful staff, and the ginger chicken in the morning is delicious!"
"Great location. Very clean. Appreciated the free laundry machines. The only downside was the breakfast. Quality a bit lower than I would expect or have experienced at other hotels if same level. But otherwise would definitely stay again!"
"This hotel was a find. Great central location, MRT stop is literally next to the hotel. The area has great access to local shops to grab what you need (7-11 is 3 min walk away, next to a cute little park where you can bust out all the yummy Asian snacks and rest in shade.). Five min walk away is a small night market with great food options, a fun multi-story electronics mall and DonDonDonki supermarket.
The hotel got just about everything right. VERY QUIET inside (there was construction outside my window that was pretty much inaudible). The hallways were well carpeted and I never heard other guests. The room was standard size. If you are two travelers with a lot of luggage you will have to be smart about the space or get a larger room but for me it was spacious enough.
Everything was well and smartly designed - for example, there were seemlessly designed light controls for some/all lights by the bed but the bedside light also had a physical switch in a groove on the wall that you can easily find by touch. The roller curtain was blackout and the thermostat was simple to operate the very quiet air-conditioning. They even thought through the do-not-disturb tags - they were simple magnets you stuck on the door. And I particularly appreciated the superfancy Toto toilet, IYKYK :).
The entire hotel was spotless, staff was very professional and courteous.
I was not familiar with this hotel chain before and now I they have my attention. Truly two thumbs up. "
