Overall pleasant experience, usually one of my go to places in Songshan. My one complaint was because we arrived early (way before check-in), we stopped by to drop off luggage. Since we’ve never done before, we asked when we walked in if this is the counter where we drop off luggage, the hotel staff was a bit rude (short). All he said was “you have to give me your passport first”. Of course we have to give you ID, but we want to be sure it’s the right place. That would be the only hiccup during our stay. The check-in and out were smooth.
