Great location nearby a lot of restaurants and bars, high rise building helps to keep the noise levels lower than other buildings that are only a few floors.

It was adequate. The immediate area was ok. Right next to the train station. The car parking was very convoluted and not easy to maneuver with lots of luggage a cat and child. The hotel and rooms were basic and not very inspiring or inviting. The street noise was very loud. The cleaning lady was very nice and the rooms were clean. The kitchen was quite well stocked with decent pots, pans etc... Parking was very complicated. Did I already say that? On the whole OK. Not great. Not horrible.

The place is amazing including the conditions, fully equipped kitchen, soundproof apartments, location and THE VIEW! The only not pleasant experience was with one receptionist, probably the only unhappy person in this hotel. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to send her on holidays.

Space for everyone
The 4 of us could spread out here and put leftovers in the red fridge. 2 balconies in this 3 piece room. Such a great location on the canal du midi. Just walk out the door and turn left to get to busy and beautiful Toulouse. What a city! Beds are hard as a board, just like the French prefer.

Il y a eu trop de vent cette nuit. Le bruit sur la fenêtre était infernal. Je n’ai pas pu dormir de la nuit. Sinon le personnel était très sympathique et très serviable. La propreté était parfaite.

Nice family hotel for a weekend
The hotel is nicely located at walking distance from the city centre. It offers family flat good for 4 . The kitchen is well equipped with fridge and dishwasher. Even the tablet for the dishwasher was provided. We had a nice view on the city and the room was really quiet and nice. The breakfast is very good even for teenagers. It offers a large buffet and includes fresh homemade orange juice. Tee and coffee is freely available all day. The hotel has an underground parking. It is quite difficult to access it but fine for a small car.

Well appointed and located
Lovely apartment well appointed and clean. Corinne at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. Each day they had a welcoming food it drink at reception for guests. They also had other get togethers based around an event eg. Learning to make quiche. Our room 1205 was at the rear of the apartment block but had a balcony and good views. Apartment itself was spacious and well appointed and contained the bedroom, with desk and tv, separate bathroom, separate kitchen and separate toilet. Kitchen had microwave, good size fridge, utensils and large sink. The only thing that We found odd was that the toilet and bathroom were separate with the toilet not having a wash basin so we had to either wash our hands in the kitchen sink or walk around to the bathroom. Location was inside the Pullman. The difficulty with location at the moment is due to the construction of a Rambla and metro outside. Apart from the dusty walkway there was no noise at night. It also located near the train and bus station and next to the canal. However again there is a lot of infrastructure work being carried out in front of the train station. It will look fantastic in a years time.

Have stayed in the Aparthotel Adagio Bordeaux last year and found the chain to offer a very good service, that is why we chose them again for out Toulouse trip. the only slight problem was that it is a little out of the center of the city but will be fine after the regeneration of the area due to be completed within a year - will use them again.

Nice mini-apartment with kitchenette and balcony!
Great place for a weeks stay. Kitchenette includes utensils, cooktop ,fridge,microwave, and dishwasher. Separate livijng area with balcony overlooking the city. Bed was the most comfortable ive tried in years. Staff was super helpful and was bi-lingual which made me feel at home while visting a different country.

Car park nightmare with a 4 x 4.
We had a car with us and this was a huge problem as we were not advised of the narrow entry to the car park or the tight corners so this was not a great start to our stay! I think on the hotel information they should publish the height and width restrictions and that 4x4's car may not be suitable for the parking. The actual entry procedure with a car is also a lot more difficult than published. No where really to leave the car outside. Check in was a buzzer and the hope someone would answer to allow you up to the check in floor whereby then you are given a fob. You then have to drive to the car park and drag your luggage back to the hotel via 2 lifts electronic doors to operate and an open courtyard. By then time we had reset our fuse buttons after parking the car the hassle of the luggage was just a bad start to the break. The apartment was just okay. nothing to write home about but I think our stay was already doomed after the car park and the dread of having to go through it all again on leaving.

This is a great apartment with great staff to give pertinent tourist information. The only thing I couldn't find was utensils (fork, spoon), but I always carry plastic ones just in case. Walking distance (10 min even with a sore hip) to the tourist office, beginning of tours, petit train (which is currently not doing the main circuit due to construction), stores, restaurants. St. Sermon is right near the central area. Main train station is just 5 minutes up the street (no noise from room), and from there it was just $16 euros to the airport (sometimes a charge of 2 euros per suitcase is charged by the taxi). I didn't do the breakfast at the apartment because it's a bit expensive for the same thing I can bring from home. Coffee is always available, I think they said.

Clean hotel
Hotel was difficult to access as the entrance lobby from the street is secured 24-7 which gives the impression the hotel is in an undesirable location. Once inside, registration is on the first floor. All the hotel personnel were very professional and helpful. The hotel was clean.
