"staff was superb"

"The rooms were clean. I say rooms because we started out on the 42nd floor. Was a little intimidating so I asked for a lower floor same view. Nicole accommodated us to the 19th floor, much better. All the staff were so friendly. Nicole deserves a raise, her smiling and friendly demeanor means a lot!!! This will definitely be our go to hotel when we’re in Miami. Also, the scent of this hotel is mentally soothing. I ordered the room spray. "

"Everything was perfect we love it"

"Hotel wasn’t too bad but no one likes walking into a room and seeing hair on the clothing knob on the wall. Staff were all very nice but doubt we ever stay here again."

"Truly a gem of a hotel. Small rooms and really just for sleeping. But clean. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. The pool deck has very comfortable lounges and this was a great perk of this hotel. I stayed before going on a cruise and was thrilled with my choice! "

"The breakfast buffet was fantastic. It felt like a Hugh end hotel but the price was reasonable. It was close to the port so even though traffic was wild getting in to the port area we found getting there very central."

"They have free breakfast. Its ok. It doesn't have everything but enough to get you on you way. Waffles, sausage, potato wedge, bread, etc. The place was clean. The sign in desk isnt on the first floor but I think on the 6th. Since I was Hilton member they gave us free gifts at the desk, which was nice. Our room was clean but the walls were paper thin. You heard everyone going by like they were in the room with you. The shower pressure only worked during cold. So no warm showers. We had snacks in their lounge at night. Empanadas, coconut shrimp, and a brownbm that was supposedly going to be warm but took 20 mins to get to us and still was cold. They took it off the bill."
