"Didn’t understand the layout of the property in the check-in experience was a little difficult. However, easy to text customer service and they replied right away. Breakfast was great views were incredible. A lot of the photos are from the observation deck and not actually out of the room so it’s a little misleading. Hair dryer on its last leg, king bed needed to be fixed by me. The supports underneath were broken."

"Very limited breakfast selection, mostly sweetened cereals and stale bread products. We decided to go out. Overall property is nice. There were few guests but they put us all next to/on top of each other. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom is really small and no electrical outlet or exhaust fan that I could find. This was to be expected as this is an older hotel. Location was great though and had sitting area in front of hotel outside. Overall very good experience"

"A great location near Cades Cove, a classic motor lodge park in front of your room (assigned slots) motel. Townsend is a very nice place to spend time."
