otelin konumunda problem vardı. isimden navigasyon 35 km. uzakta bir noktaya götürdü. Adres bilgilerini girdiğimizde oteli bulamadık. personele konum atmasını rica ettik. bize konum atmayı beceremedi. mecburen aracımızı bir noktaya park edip, yürüyerek telefon kulağımızda personelin yönlendirmesi ile otele ulaşabildik. karşılama soğuk, hizmet yetersiz, temizlik kötü, açıkçası biz memnun kalmadık. 1 gecelik konaklama yapıp ayrıldık.

The hotel should be one star or zero star No elavetor on main gate The room was dirty The bed was dirty we buy new sheet and blanket The aircondion turn off from 11 till 2 i do not know way No safe box in the room The resturent provide cold food not warm But it is near to the center

الفندق لا يرقى الى مستوى ٣ نجوم حيث عمر المبنى قديم ويحتاج الى صيانات الاضاءة والتكييف بشكل عام في الغرف والممرات ومنطقه المصعد، طاقم الخدمة ممتاز منطقه الفندق ممتازه قريبه من ميدان اتاتورك
