"I am only giving 5 stars because it probably affects bonuses and people don't deserve to miss out on recognition when a challenge is not their fault. Super old building, but renovations happening. I didn't find out about the construction until AFTER I completed the booking, but happy it wasn't an issue. Got a two queen room with a river view, but couldn't get a decent pic because of the double-paned glass with condensation between the layers. Breakfast was on par with free. The gravy provided my sodium intake for the year. The room was ok, but the one blanket on my bed was like sandpaper. I hope they update the bedding because that wasn't enjoyable. Staff were super nice. Especially the woman who assisted with breakfast. I thought she was exceptional and accommodating when I asked for some extra creamers for my room. All in all it was a great stay. Obviously there are some issues being addressed which will make this location perfect. "

"This is one of our go to properties in Kennewick. It is clean, well maintained and of course hot breakfast is available. We were given room 101, which turns out is a mini apartment type space with dining table, full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot and sink! Absolutely wonderful!"

"Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. The room was a good size with a great view of the river! We did not use the pool or hot tub but we were told they stay open 24/7. Will definitely take advantage next time"
