"Rainwater leak coming in from above. Constantly dripping noise when raining. Called Front Desk. 2 employees came by to inspect, took pictures & videos. Also called Front Desk/Housekeeping to request coffee grounds & bottled water. No one came. . The next day in the afternoon, after stepping out in the morning & coming back, leaking & puddle still there. Went to Front Desk, informed them of dripping noise the whole night --- and leak not fixed yet. Also, no one came to bring coffee grounds & bottled water. Front Desk took notes but on our final day, leak not fixed yet. (We stayed at Hilton for 3 nights)."

"The hotel did not honor my reservation even though I called from Miami International Airport to confirm before booking transportation to the hotel. They sent me to another hotel which I had to pay my own way for, and did not address the prepaid transportation from their hotel to the cruise port. Their lack of professionalism cost me money and time, and I'm angry about it. I would never recommend YVE Hotel to anyone, ever. In fact, I'd steer them away in very strong terms."

"Hotel is well located - I enjoyed the access to the free metromover going around downtown with a stop 1 min walk from the hotel. There are few food stores and pharmacy about 5 min walk. Breakfast is simple but ok. I had a burger at the hotel restaurant which was great. The room is big and there is a mini fridge and microwave which is quite handy. Perfect for short stay beofre going on a cruise."

"Worst Customer Service Ever – Do Not Stay Here! I’ve never been so disappointed with a hotel stay in my life. I stayed at the Gail Hotel for four days and paid over $1200 for the privilege, only to be treated horribly. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and I’m honestly shocked that a hotel could operate like this. First off, I had a package delivered there, and it took me until the very last day of my stay to finally receive it. The guest services team was unhelpful and rude—every time I inquired about my package, I was interrupted mid-sentence, transferred repeatedly, and at one point, they hung up on me. It was beyond frustrating. The restaurant service was equally bad. The gratuity is already included, so I think the staff just doesn’t care about providing decent service. The food was mediocre at best, and the staff wasn’t attentive at all. It’s clear they don’t make an effort when they’re guaranteed a tip regardless of the quality. The room was bare minimum—cheap bottled water and no tea in the room, which is a standard offering in most places. No amenities, no effort. When I checked in and checked out, there was no bellman to help with my bags, which was incredibly inconvenient. I had to carry my own luggage both times. Even the valet was sloppy and lazy—just no professionalism anywhere. To make things worse, I was charged a different price for valet parking every single day. I paid over $1200 for the stay for 3 days by the way"
