"The staff was very helpful, the location was great near to take the Ferry. The place was beatifull and clean, I highly recommend this hotel to stay if you visit Venice. The only that I could say that I did not like was that months prior we request a room for an additionak guest and the Staff confirmed that will be an extra payment and a triple room, but when we arrived, was not availability for a Triple room, but the cost was the same as it was, because they says that was fully booked and no option to get a triple room at least later or the next day. The person that help us with our check in process inform us about that change, was too late to make arragements as we was counting with them and we supposed they will kept their word, but we receive towels and one extra pillow, but was not comfy to move the beds and sleep three ina double room. For Future guest as an advised, if you will not be able to keep your word or provide the amnities or guest's request is better to notify them before they arrive to make sure they can make the arragements on time avoid get a bad experience, even if during the check in you tell them is not multiple options they can take at the moment, because they already there and the only option will be stay as they are in hotel already, or at least try to offered any compensation( free breakfast, change rooms if is possible as soon as is available) for the inconveniece that could help a little sometimes when they get disappointed. Hope take notes!!"
