Hotel staff extremely helpful with dinner recommendation and advice regarding public transportation (there was a general strike while we were there). Staff made an already delightful hotel and location (a few minutes from Rialto Bridge) over the top. Dinner recommendation was the best we had in Venice and one of the top during our stay in Italy.

This hotel has a perfect location. Rooms are outdated but suitable for needs, very clean, beds are hard but we did not mind that. Tea, coffee facilities and mini bar available at a price. Shower was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating; luggage storage available to save carting it around on the last day. We would definitely book this hotel again.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in while visiting Venice. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is off the main areas so it is quiet. It is a perfect place to stay if traveling with children.
