"Stayed here as I was attending a trade show at the Excel. Hotel location is super convenient with lift to 2nd floor, walk out and Excel is just in front. Apart from that, there is really nothing much in the area. Have to take a DLR for one stop to connect to the Elizabeth line if you do not want to walk too much. Food option is not fantastic too. Advice is to stay here only if you are attending trade show in Excel. Otherwise, everything in the hotel is good. Clean rooms."

"For the price we payed i cant really complain...the beds arent comfy . Tv needs updating..rooms are all just abit out of date. But it wasnt expensive to stay there.. the bars slow and expensive and the chineese woman who works behind bar looks like she wants to kill everyone. Its a great location for brandshatch. No free parking at hotel"

"Pros, very clean, very tidy. We didnt eat there as we wanted to eat out. Staff happy to help. Rooms equipped with iron and board, also a hair dryer. Tv good size. Shower decent. Cons. Snacks in lobby very expensive, take your own snacks. This is a premium hotel (very similar to a hilton) slapped in a rough area."
