Been there for 3 nights at June 2018.
Hotel itself is fine and clean. I would be confused with stars on it, seems the manager try to do everything to present hotel as 4-5 star accommodation.
Rooms are clean, but on the ground floor a little mouldy - it might be seasonal.
Restaurant is ok, just quite unusual request to be formal dress code for dinner..
We have problem with reception staff member, at the time of check in we asked how to organize late checkout and been told that needs to be done at the morning of check out day.. strange.. So at the next day we asked manager about late check out, and he organized everything.
Security at the hotel on the top level, you can sleep with non locked door - security guards around hotel.
Overall I would say hotel is quite good, but another reason stop me to say it.
Hotel present itself as half board and all inclusive accommodation. If you offer half board, would you be add another dollar on the price and provide your guests a free water for a dinner ? It does not look serious - dinner included in you payment without water. Ridiculous.
Other facility - money exchange, non serous again. At the to steps from the hotel there is money exchange with average rate, you try to rip off your guests. Sorry - but it's true.
Taxi services - unfortunately the same. At the hotel desk airport transfer 2600, behind hotel doors - 2000 , at the taxi stand (100 meters) - 1500. Do not say it's common. We been at the two other hotels before.
