"We loved our stay and would come back again and again. The staff were so welcoming and engaged in great conversation with us. Our room was great and stayed cool despite the heat wave. The bathroom was clean and great water pressure. We had breakfast one day and they had a great local spread. Loved every part of our stay. Wow."

"We were in the Guesthouse which is the 'budget' rooms of The Hey Hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, excellent breakfast. View from both our rooms was out onto the roof terrace of the next door building about a metre away. The rooms would benefit from a voile curtain for privacy without drawing curtains. This didn't really spoil our 2 night stay as we were only in the room to sleep. Easy access to Ost station, No 21 bus. And walkable to West Station."

"We arrived early, before check in time, and the receptionist accommodated us and checked us in so early:). The next day we went out for a day trip and the cleaning staff probably noticed my 50th bday decoration, so when we arrived I have a birthday cup cake 🎂 and a birthday card for my birthday. Such a heartwarming gestures. Would love to comeback."

"Older hotel that has not been renovated but was clean and the beds were comfy (most important!). Decent amount of space in the room. Disappointed that the AC was not working during a heat wave. The pool looked really nice. Overalll a nice stay and happy breakfast was included. I understand it is high season but not what I would call worth $400/night."
