"The hotel location is very convenient for access to the monorail station across the street and for walking to many restaurants and shops in Richmond. The rates are a pretty good value. They're aiming to fix their one broken elevator by summer 2026. In the meanwhile, guests can also use the service elevator. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean."
