"Absolutely amazing hotel. Looks as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Check in was very simple and no deposit was required. The room was very clean and spacious as we had two bedrooms and a dining area. There was also a washer/dryer, but we had to buy our detergent. The closest store was a bit away fyi. Toiletries had quite some options. Our favorite hotel thus far in our two week trek through Vietnam. "

"The Bao Tran Apartment was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay in Haiphong. The staff were professional and very courteous; starting from check-in with front desk, to housekeeping and onsite security.
