"This hotel is absolutely stunning with an incredible view of Halong Bay. The room and facilities are some of the best I have experienced. The food and drinks are reasonable priced for a 5 star hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for your stay at Halong Bay"

"My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Celina of the Seas cruise. Every one of the staff working on the boat were extremely helpful and attentive. Ronald in particular was extremely helpful, always ensuring we were aware of our upcoming itinerary. The trips were well organised (I would recommend doing the cycling on Cat Ba) and the food was nice too with plenty of variety. Would suggest 3D, 2N rather than just the one night personally. Recommend."

"Rooms are spacious but only moderately cleaned, were still quite dusty to my standard. Bath robes have stitches and pockets are falling off. Staff can be more friendly, especially the lady with short hair at Front Desk. Some staff at breakfast were nice enough to ask before cleaning out dishes, while others didn’t. We had to stop them a few time because we didn’t even finish but they just came and took our dishes away without even asking if we were done and whether they could take it. Pool and beach are NOT close to the hotel, pick up and drop off doesn’t run very well, super inconvenient if you travel with small children. We travelled with an infant and she was getting tired while we were at the pool. Called the hotel to ask for a pick up but the Front Desk was quite unpleasant, saying there would be a 15mins wait. We can’t even walk back to the hotel because it’s very far and would take us at least an hour. Overall I would not come back"

"This property was stunning!! I loved the lux calm feel it had. The room was exceptional it was the executive room. Price was reasonable. The facilities were beautiful. Staff were so friendly and helpful."
