"The owner met us at the dock and invited us into her beautiful resort. The location is perfect for this diving haven. Everything you need is on site and your are only a 5 minute walk to Sabang for the nightlife. The staff is so helpful and friendly! My buddy left his passport there and they helped arranged to get it back. They also can arrange for your transfer from Manila to the resort as well. So convenient and stress free. This is a hidden paradise "

The facilities were good, nothing fancy especially if one is used to Western standards but very comfortable, very clean, everything one would need including excellent A/C, comfy bed, very nice big, spacious shower, good lighting, nice, cold mini fridge, free drinking water and that was in a "budget room." Good restaurant with plenty of choices, ice cold beer at the open air...

"This property is not beachfront, it is a little bit of a beach view. Most important, property is up on a hill with lots of stairs inside and outside the hotel. There are no elevators. You have to preorder your food."

"If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay at Puerto Galera with accommodating and friendly staff, Badladz is the place to be! They have the amenities to make you feel at home and feel rejuvenated -- board games, pool, beach, food (tastes amazing and their menu has a variety of options), friendly and accommodating staff (shout out to Ate Ella, Ate Jonalyn, Ate Rina), and relaxing spa services by Ate Harmony, Ate Lei, and Ate Joan. Facilities were also well maintained, from restrooms, hallways, to the rooms. We definitely recommend this place! "

"we had a grand time , the food was excellent and the staff was beyond awesome , our room was just beautiful and once again the staff was so friendly and helpful .they arranged us Tuk Tuk rides to all the sites , we just love the peacefullness of this bay , totally a 10 all the way around"

"This resort ticks all the boxes for me being a solo traveler. Very clean, better than average facilities, super comfortable rooms. The restaurant is terrific for simple meals and snacks. "One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. 5 levels elevator broken. My wife in disabled and it was extremely difficult for her to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. Asked for ground level room, they said too bad. Padlocks instead if door keys. Sheets had holes in them. Bathtub, but handles removed so to couldn't use it. Cement floor with paint on it pealing off. Pool water always cloudy. I could go on but you get the idea..."

"Second stay at LLV and, again, even being critical couldn't find a fault. Top notch room and amenities with speedy and always polite service. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The 109 steps up into room L88 are burning off some extra calories. Will be back!"
