"Such a late review, considering that our trip was over a month ago, but finally getting to it makes me miss Vije so much! The hotel was such a dream! Firstly, the staff were so welcoming and we felt very much familiar in such a foreign place. We don't often feel that way in past places we've stayed at, but Vije was different. Every day, every single one of the staff we ever encountered were attentive and tended to our needs when necessary. Our room had the river valley view and it was beautiful! Because of this experience for our first time in Bali, we've decided we will be returning soon and bringing our close friends with us to experience the very friendly and authentic hardworking people and the beautiful island they call home. "We had a wonderful stay at Danis Beach Villa in the one-bedroom suite. The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view right from our room—it was truly breathtaking and made our stay feel so special. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond by completely coordinating a diving course nearby for us, which made the experience even more memorable.
The villa also features a good-sized pool and a plunge pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. The restaurant served fresh and delicious food that we thoroughly enjoyed, although it’s worth noting there was no alcohol available. Overall, a peaceful and beautiful retreat with excellent service. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea"

I do believe this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. So many details seemed to be taken care of each day. Our plan was to not leave the hotel, as we really just wanted to relax for a couple days. The area around the hotel is fine with a few shops but really, why leave the resort? Next time I am in Bali, we will stay longer!"
