"I absolutely love the atmosphere, the front and back patios and the presence of wildlife. So cozy, roomy and perfect. A smidge bummed we couldn't BBQ for the 4th (no grill as stated in the description), and wish there were chairs to sit on the patio but other than that, it was perfect. Very fortunate to find this property"

"A quaint cozy little cabin that smelled wonderful. BBQ grill and patio table to watch the cars, the creek, and ducks go by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette had 2 refrigerators if you planned on staying in. The only downfall was we weren't able to connect to the wifi or have access to the fireplace, but we were able to watch our own movies. I highly recommend this cabin and the communication with the people were excellent and helpful. "

"Everything was amazing!!! The only three complaints I have are the coffee pots produced dirty water, so we cleaned them with vinegar… Next was the grill that was completely rusted, so we had to use a double layer of foil to grill…. And the last is a pesky woodpecker that pecked the cabin on the daily… I would definitely go again cause these issues are very minor"

"All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the little extras they provided (complimentary cookies, make up remover, etc). We love that this location was close to White Sands NP and they had sleds to borrow for the sand dunes. They were also knowledgeable about the dunes and offered tips."
