"Everything was very nice. The only hiccup we had was our keys would not open up any of the building entrances.our room was quite a distance from the main lobby and we wanted to use a closer door but our key wouldn’t unlock any of them.we switched out our keys a couple of times but to no avail.But everything else was perfectly fine."

"Smelled. Dirty. Garbage on floors. Mildew and mold and peeling wall paper. Water damage."

"Dek clerk was rude and dismissive. Building is rundown and filthy. I asked for another towel and was told they only provide 2 towels per room regardless of the number of people, so I would either have to pay extra or turn in a used towel to get a new one. They treat their guests as inmates. "

"See previous comments. Bathroom was disgusting. Had to get down and clean the floor myself with Clorox wipes. Shower would not drain properly."

"Overall good and I would stay there again. Bathroom and sink areas were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Upon leaving and checking to make sure we didn't leave anything behind, I found a piece of crust under the bed from a previous guest. Not a deal breaker. TV cable channels were confusing and it could have used a "guide." Could have had more outlets to plug in the laptop near the writing desk. Some hotels offer pens and a pad of paper for guests- none here. Had little interaction with staff. Not rude, but not impressive either. Adequate. The breakfast offered was very basic. No elevator. All those having been said, it was a quiet stay, there were no major problems, it was comfortable and generally clean."

"My room never got cleaned or towels restocked during my 3 night stay. Otherwise front desk staff was great!"

"Super cozy hotel not too far from Syracuse campus. Staff was lovely, but because of the hotels location, we could hear traffic and street noise all night long. Additionally the hotel is under construction which is good in the long run, but in the shott run challenging to navigate "
