Nice pool

It is a little far from downtown, but the pool makes up for that. It was clean, the employees were all very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Viajé con mi familia para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermano y la graduación de mi sobrina y fuimos los mas felices! la habitación super cómoda, con lo necesario para esta cómodos, El A/A enfría super bien por lo que no tendrán calor, la piscina bien, con un area aparte con banquitos y un barra, Los chicos de la recepción los chicos bastante amables, las instalaciones limpias y amplias; la vista de las habitaciones a la piscina y el mural de noche son muy muy relajantes!! El unico pero que le pongo es la zona del pueblo donde esta localizado, pero te rentan bicis y cerquita hay un food truck park y un centro deportivo donde puedes ir y dar la vuelta

We visited in November and it rained a lot. Streets were flooded. The hotel was nice and the pool was comfortable but the room was nothing special. Kind of cool though that food delivery to restaurants was all the way to the hotel.

El lugar muy bien de distacia del centro y sus cuartos limpios. que no me gusto que las cerrojos de las puertas no son buenas y cuando me iba a bañar a la alberca entro un perro a nadar, falta de control.

L'hotel et la piscine sont bien, mais pas de petit frigo dans la chambre et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est loin de tout, ce qui n'en fait pas un endroit pratique. À noter que leur déjeuner continental inclu seulement une toast par personne, je laissais ma toast à mes enfants pour qu'ils mangent à leur faim... En arrivant, j'ai voulu annuler ma 3e nuitée (donc un bon 2 jours avant la 3e nuit) et ils n'ont jamais voulu me rembourser.

Hôtel dans une zone calme, ce qui est appréciable à Tulum. Propre, accueil et personnel agréable et souriant. Piscine appréciée des enfants. Un bémol : le petit déjeuner servi seulement à partir de 8h (voire un peu plus), alors que le site archéologique ouvre tôt => perte du petit déjeuner inclus si l'on souhaite comme nous visiter le site à la fraîche, et avant la masse énorme de touriste affluant après 9h30. A noter auss un défaut d'entretien de la douche de notre chambre, complètement entartrée, qui coulait très très faiblement. Résolu en démontant et grattant le pommeau de douche...

Hotel chitzen is actually in the town of piste.

Drove to this town to see ruins. Not much going on in this town. The hotel may have also had the nicest restaurant in town. Not much night life but the ruins were amazing. Good clean hotel with a/c and hot water and tv and internet. Whole town shuts down alcohol at 10pm.

Der schlechteste Service ever

Wir kamen um 13.00 Uhr an der Rezeption sagte man uns,ohne nachzuschauen, dass Check in erst um 15.00Uhr sei. Später stellte sich heraus,dass die Masse der Zimmer frei war. Obwohl wir ein 32 qm großes Zimmer mit 2 Betten gebucht hatten wurde uns ein Zimmer von der Grösse eines Abstellraums zu gewiesen und behauptet es gäbe kein anders.Erst als ich sah,dass es auch größere Zimmer gab, und Druck machte, könnten wir umziehen. Das Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt

Nice pool, rooms very basic i.e no glasses, coffe maker no cups or coffee, space for fridge but no fridge. Breakfast very basic and like everything else, no information in any language. Hard to find also as no sign on road leading to hotel. Reception staff were friendly and tried to help.

Located about 10 minutes from the centre. Could have been cleaner - towels were disgusting! Very uncomfortable beds and too small for two people. Pool was quite nice although cold. Only stayed two nights which was enough!

The staff was happy to help in anyway possible. Location was close to ADO bus, taxis, collectivos and Tulum Avenue. Everyone was very friendly and the pool was very nice.
