"This seemed like a new property as everything looked and appeared as such. It was clear, had more than everything we needed. Amenities like padel court were a great addition. The pool was a highlight! I would highly recommend staying here instead of the hotel zone as it offers better proximity to restaurants in Centro which is better in my opinion. Overall 10/10!"

"Upon check in, we had a minor issue with our room not being ready on time. I did ask to speak to the manager on duty. The hotel manager Kevin was very accommodating and even offered us a special dinner to make up for the late check in. Gabriel, Our room concierge was also great. He was very attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs. He planned a romantic dinner for us to celebrate our anniversary. Lucia the manager at olio - was great. She made sure our experience was perfect. You can tell these guys enjoy what they do and take it seriously. I also want to give thanks to Estela at the front desk, Jeremias at preferred lobby bar. I highly recommend this resort. It’s relaxing, luxurious and the customer service is top notch. "

"Wonderful customer service!!! If you’re looking to relax- this is the place to be! The only downside is you need to take a taxi to go to the beach and taxis are not the most budget friendly in Tulum. Other places near hotel with a doable short walk when it’s not too hot ir raining."
