The location is very good and the matresses as well but the service, lack of enough towels in the bathroom, lack of shampoo and the percussed appearance make this place a total different reality compared to the pictures on Expedia!

Das Meer ist in den Sommermonaten sehr mit Algen überfüllt, die Natur dort sehr schön mit Palmen, Sand, Strand, Pool. Doch man ist hier im Naturgebiet und muss vor 17:00 jedes mal erneut bezahlen wenn man zurück ins Hotel möchte,, steht nicht auf der Seite. Das Essen dort war nicht besonders gut, und teuer auserdem wird automatisch Trinkgeld berechnet. Leute dort eher zurückhaltend, als wie ich es sonst von Latinos kenne. Für ältete Leute bestens geeignet, doch für Jngere eher nicht.

Really nice room and beautiful hotel overall. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Hotel is very accomodating and even made me breakfast sandwich to go due to an early start time. The hotel is located in the national park which can be good to know. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, scooter or bike to move around with more ease and will also give you more options for eating out. Highly recommend!

Fantastiskt ställe i en nationalpark. Lugnt, vackert med närhet till några olika restauranger men ett måste att ha bil. Vårt rum var i enklaste laget och det är inte billigt men området är otroligt charmigt och vackert. God mat på hotellet och fin frukost. Perfekt med närheten till Tulums Mayaruiner.
