"The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock).
If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before).

Called the hotel staff, and the jacket is still there! And they are so kind enough to help me deliver to my home address without hesitation. Thanks to the...
