"Beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff. The hotel was just as described and didn’t disappoint. Lovely and quiet room and very comfortable beds. The restaurant is beautiful and very popular with locals so book ahead . "

"It was a nice place to stay if you’re attending an event. However, the beds were quite squeaky and wobbly. Also, the check-out door was locked, which made it difficult to return the key normally; a key box would be a good idea. Overall, it was relatively quiet, and I appreciated the back entrance for after-hours access."
"Cleaners are rogue and will enter and throw away anything not in your case! Make sure to get a do not disturb sign as they are not on all doors. Manager and reception were good and responded to my complaint appropriately. "
"Staff were helpful and friendly but property is very tired. Paint is peeling in bathrooms and bedroom, and the room smelt slightly damp. There were no electric sockets near headboard, we needed an extension cable running across the room. Corridor was in severe need of vaccuming. The property needs redecorating and deep cleaning."

"Had best room in hotel with discount. Large, great park views and bath in room. Good biscuits, milk, chocolate and coffee.
My fillet steak was undercooked. V disappointing. I was given a discount after it was cooked some more, but not what you want."

We had room 20 which was spacious and had a view onto the bustling Pantiles street area of TW.
If you are like us a couple staying overnight for a nice dinner and a few drinks, this is actually a perfect place to stay.
On the Sunday morning because we were up early, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel which is à la carte and I must say the coffee was of an excellent standard, akin with Black Sheep, so well done on that front. My partner’s sausage on sourdough was lovely and I had a light Toast/preserves which was also lovely.
Service was understated but good.
No air con but the fan was surprisingly effective.
