"I had to bring my wife at the last moment. No room change was requested, and I was fully transparent about arriving with my wife. However, I was charged additional fees despite there being no extra requirements or services needed for the room. These rooms are clearly designed to accommodate at least two people."

"Nice and quiet place. Breakfast had more than I expected: a few cold cuts, cakes, cereals , croissants scrambled eggs and kiwi oranges grapes strawberries Coffee was by a machine which was slow and tasteless. It would have been an abundant offering if it was not for a group of arriving Asian tourists who just filled their plates as if they had never seen food before( and left alot wasted): took all the plentiful oranges, kiwis, cakes thus leaving the rest of us with little to take esp if you have to get to the airport. They ran out of coffee cups and spoons Replenishing took a long while. Staff was visibly frustrated There really needed to be limited scheduled breakfast time for these guests so the rest of us could have had a decent breakfast before our morning flights"

"I’m a solo traveller and I stayed here for 10 nights.Bari was my home base and I went on day trips from here . This hotel is very central to lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping and about a 10/15 min walk to Old town . The hotel room was a bit loud as there is a western bar next door. However the Italian wine helped me sleep each night . The cleaning staff and Managers at check in and check out were great and very friendly, ordered me a taxi and it arrived in 3 mins and was 25.00 Euro to the airport . You could walk to the train station in about 15 mins as well . The room was nothing fancy but the bed was comfortable and I had a loft unit with a little balcony . It’s like staying at Nona’s ! and the wine bar across the street was perfect after a day of touring. The area is very safe . I would recommend it for sure just based on its location to everything . "

"Breakfast needs to be improved seriously in variety of menu options. The table layout also needs to be redesigned. The traffic flow overlaps too much, creating a high risk of collisions between customers or between staff and customers."

"Very conveniently located close to the train station and a short distance to the old town. The airport bus stop is just outside the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered suggestions for restaurants and directions to anywhere we asked. The breakfast buffet was adequate except that we have to pay for fried eggs when we asked for it."
