"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

"The staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpfully already had our room key sorted. The hotel was pleasant and clean though it should be noted that our room was very, very warm. This had been appreciated by the staff in advance by the placement of a fan in the room. We recognised that this could not be helped due to the heatwave and the lack of air con in an old building but we appreciated the effort. "

"The hotel was quiet and the staff were super helpful; I had a bouquet of flowers I didnt know what to do with, they supplied a vase for me. Everything was in good condition and in full working order. Breakfast had a lot of options and was a hit with the children, especially the waffle station to make fresh, hot waffles! Staff were happy to replenish anything that had run out in the breakfast buffet. Location was a little far out of Oxford, but there were plenty of public transport options if you wanted to leave your car at the hotel. "

"As I arrived at the Ibis, they were welcoming. Their greeting was flawless. The service was amazing. Any questions that I’ll ask it would be answered. The staff is amazing. Breakfast was really good. The women that were doing the breakfast were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here as well. "
