It was clear it does need some maintenance as one night during heavy rain, the rain leaked into the room so it was necessary to be moved to another room. Also, there was a day where we struggled getting hot water in the shower. Additionally, we suggest extending the service hours for lunch and maybe have the kitchen available for dinner as food services were not available past 4 PM"

"Make it clear where the place is located. Also a better visual at the entrance to identify it. The directions provided by Hotels.com were incorrect. I set to a diferent location, totally wrong. And when I called the number, no one answered. So, needles to say, I struggled to find it. Other then that, it is a very nice place. We are already planning on going back sometime in the near future. Thank you Carmen, for being a great host."
