When i checked in an hour after confirming on Exoedia. They had no reference. The staff refreshed a few times and the reservation came in. Only gave me one key and the elevator requires a key so when my wife went up i was stranded. Staff seemed confused but got me on the elevator. Why not a second key?
20 minutes later we wanted to use the pool. Staff dusappeared for an hour. No one at front desk. No way to reach them. Just a note. We checked 5 times in the hour and no one ever came. We needed towels to dry off and not wet the hallways. Oh well. We just wet the hallways back to the room. We banged. Yelled. Nothing. This was between 9pm and 10pm.
Good facilities for the price clean.
Restaurant is closed. Gym is a bike and treadmill.
Chairs at pool were mostly broken so you could not sit in them.
We just kicked back and laughed.
Worst service in 8 days and 8 motels and 3 states on the road.
We've some strange experiences of blind staff, zombie restaurant staff at attached restaurants. But never abandoned ship at the front desk.
