"Our stay was very good, however, my son left a very expensive hoodie hanging in the closet affer we checked out. We called the hotel on the way to the airport but of course none of the housekeeping staff had found the hoodie. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for personal items but I fell that we were robbed."

"The pool and spa were amazing. The rooms were refreshed. Lighting and bar fridge very convenient. Even plenty of outlets for electronic charging. Someone had some great insight here. Close to shops and freeway. Great location with easy access to San Diego if needed. I can’t wait to go back. Even front desk manager had ties to Australia. You can’t ask for more :)"

"We had a one night stay, and there was a wedding that night, on a Tuesday night. They put us in the room directly next to the wedding, sharing a wall. It was extremely loud until 10pm, like the walls were shaking. The front desk was not helpful with having them turn down the music. They would not switch our rooms because they were “sold out”. If you had a sold out hotel because of a wedding, why wouldn’t you put a wedding guest in the room next to the wedding instead of a family with 3 children. Just ridiculous. "

"Good location. Hotel was clean but you have to tell to reception if you want a housekeeping service. They forgot to tell us first day so room was all messy first day. Breakfast is very average "

"The parking lot is sketchy. The rooms are horribly upgraded. I reserved the queen kitchenette and was told my room wasnt ready when i checked in at 3pm and was told to come back. I told them no. I traveled over 7 hours with a baby. This pleace is absolutely horrible, getto as hell. Half the people here LIVE here permanently. One is a creepy old drunk guy that does not stop talking. They do not serve breakfast as advertised. They wont clean ur room or give you anything extra or clean towels. You have to walk to the office and get it yourself. The phones dont work. Just dont. Go elsewhere. This place absolutely SUCKS. Stayed here 3/27/2026. "
