"The property advertised free WiFi.
It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired.
As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund.
And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill.
And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos !
And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

"To get to the site is a bit treacherous, but once there, the staff are amazing. They took care of me complete with getting me a taxi in the middle of the night. The food was exceptional too.
Very pleased with my stay. The noise coming up from the city was loud but that has nothing to do with the treehouse or the staff. My stay was perfect. "
