"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

"The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful during my stay. Breakfast had good options every morning, and the kitchen area was very convenient and well organized. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again."
