The staff are responsive and very friendly. Gives the best value for money. You might find some barking dogs in the neighborhood, some fierce. Mr. Sensitive lives in Lavida A so if you park your grab car for a sec at night, you will experiece something unpleasant. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again if given a chance.

The property is excellent. Very inconvenient due location is away from the main attractions. Traffic is terrible and take over 30 minutes to get to the center of Ubud by car.

騎摩托車到烏布皇宮約15分鐘，照片大概是屋況10年前的照片，大門框上斑駁的痕跡跟水龍頭水漬蠻陳舊的，打掃可以再整理的更好些。
