"When it’s hot and you use the air-conditioning (because the windows don’t open) the air-conditioning is extremely loud and comes on periodically (when the room is much hotter than the temperature you have set it at) every time it comes on or goes off, the change in noise level is so drastic that it wakes you up. In short, the aircon doesn’t keep the room at a consistent temperature."
