Overall stay is good. The staff of the hotel well behaved but lack of English speaking. The complimentary drinking water supply is very less.

This hotel was pleasant and clean. No air conditioning in the rooms but the windows open and they have a fan. The free breakfast is excellent. The free Japanese bath is very nice.

Very nice hotel
Really nice hotel. My room was very clean and a great shower. A bit far from the centre for me sadly otherwise very happy with everything.

I initially booked this hotel because of good reviews, which I trusted and it did not disappoint. The hotel have 4 restaurants inside the hotel, my favorite was the bathhouse and spa area. I had a good sleep after a good massage and dinner at the Mongolian restaurant. It is easy to find, and right across e-mart store. The staffs were really helpful. Due to language barriers on some occasion, those who can understand and speak English made themselves available to help out. I had a great stay and will come back to this hotel again. Thank you.

Everything is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Quiet. Bed is comfortable and shower had good warm pressure. Refrigerator was full of refreshments. 4 very good restaurants in hotel. This is our favorite place to stay. Highly recommend to everyone. Nikolai and Zaya.

Lived up to expectations
The Flower Hotel is a nice clean place to stay. I was here for 4 nights, the staff was friendly, room cleaned daily, and a good location for where I was having meetings.

terrible stay - maybe I'm in bad luck?
No Air-conditioning Power breakdown at midnight for 30 mins Broken card sensor Missing pillows in my room Poor cable management in room asked for a room change with AC, limited english at reception, ended up charging me for room upgrade next morning I didn't expect 4 or 5 star experience with the price I pay, but this is way too terrible than i can accept.

Nice hotel and the staff members were very helpful when I needed it. They always greet you with a smile when you cross the main corridor. Safe place to Exchange Currency also. The Breakfasts were out of this world. Quiet and cozzy. Loved the Mongolian programs on tv. I can say that, it's a jewel in the mountains. Great restaurants to have dinner, too. A great place to stay when in UB. Keep up the good work. MP

Le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse. Pas de rangement dans les chambres. Sur 4 nuits la chambre n’être faite qu’une fois. Le téléphone de ma chambre ne marchait que d’une façon limitée L’hôtel est connu par ce que il a 4 restaurants Inégaux d’ailleurs etc… Ce n’est pas un 4etoiles.Je préfère en rester là. Un dernier détail l’anglais du personnel est très limite.

Smal, but newly renovated batroom.
The bathroom was small, but renovated and nice. OK price at the spa. Several restaurants' in the hotel. The reception was not very flexible regarding breakfast. We had to leave really early and could not use the breakfast coupon. Asked to get a coffee in the coffee shop the day before instead, but that was not possible. Insisted on giving us a sandwich in the morning instead that ended up not being eaten.

4つのレストランのおかげで，外で夕食をとる必要がないバラエティーでした。スタッフも友好的で丁寧な対応で有り難く思いました。 ランドリーサービスも助かりました。ちょっと遅れ気味で何度も足を運んだのはちょっと残念でしたが，大きな問題ではありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。
