"The location is perfect - near the train and bus station, and walking distance from all the shoos, restaurants, and sites if interest. The staff are all fabulous. The rooftop bar was lovely. My room was fantastic!"

"The hotel is very nice, room clean with a lovely view of the lake. Food and drinks in the bar were very good with a nice atmosphere The spa was very disappointing though as the pool was far too cold and most of the spa type features (jets etc) were not working. Also we mistakenly left an item in the room which the hotel staff told us was not handed in which is again very disappointing when staying at an upmarket hotel."

"Front desk staff were great. Room was fine. Stayed as a family of 4 in one room, the main bed was fine, but the sofa bed small and creaky for 2 boys aged 6 and 10. Manageable for 1 night. Bar staff, drinks and food, just what we needed after a long day."
