Friendly staff to check you in, clean rooms, free waters for each night of stay, in unit washer/dryer worked great, shower was hot with good water pressure, nice soaps for shower and nice full bath towels. Overall would definitely stay here again. Loved that I could eat downstairs at a nearby restaurant for a late night dinner and return to my room right away. "This is definitely a 5 star hotel that meets expectations. Great location on the beach. The main building beach view room was very nice; the breakfast buffet was great; and when the amenities were open (hot tubs, gym, etc.), I enjoyed them. The only downside was there was work being done on the gym and hot tubs for one of the two days I was there, so there should have been some sort of refund. Likely not something everyone will experience though as I can’t imagine they are frequently closed, so I’d definitely come back."
