"Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Quiet atmosphere for sleep. "

"The overall aesthetics of the room was great, however there was a smell in the unit which took away from the appearance. The smell was that of sour mildew indicating that maybe the carpet had not been vacuumed or shampooed in a while. Also the furniture had a bunch it knicks and scrapes on them and the fabric on sofa in the room was also dirty. Some water spilled on the cushion and the towel was really dirty after just pressure was applied to soak up the water. Also upon arrival the elevator was down and the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor while they offered a refund without penalty, I’d driven over 2hrs to get there and that should have been my sign of things to come. "

"Lobby smelled. Clerk had trouble using computer to check people in ahead of me and required waiting a long time to register. Room smelled. No bath towels in the room and I had to go down to find someone to get me towels. Toilet loose on floor. Handle fell off of shower valve. Breakfast was only white bread, mini muffins, or cereal. Butter, pre-made waffles, and a jug of milk in a cooler. I will not stay here again."
